PSTracker Implementation Questionnaire

PSTracker is complete customizable, allowing us to hide or show modules, rename modules, and turn specific features on or off to meet your agency’s needs. Please complete this questionnaire as best as you can based upon your anticipated needs. Don’t worry, we can always make changes later if we need to, your answers are NOT set in stone.. Once received, we will review your responses and begin setting up your agency.

The Events module uses a selector called Types, to select the type of event the employee is reporting. Please select the Types your agency would like to use. If you are unsure, select “WE WILL USE ALL BELOW”. We can always modify these later.
